- I attended a really interesting BBC Academy Climate Creatives conference on line which was looking at the various ways the creative arts is engaging people with the climate. NATURE
- SWW ‘Let’s Talk Water’ Stakeholder Forum 7– the next online ‘Let’s Talk Water’ event will be @ 2-4pm on Wednesday 22nd November 2023. The main focus of this webinar will be on Local Nature Recovery Strategies – we will hear presentations about this vital work from the people developing the plans across our region and we will explain how we are contributing to nature recovery and the plans. We will also hear presentations on the imminent launch of WaterFit Live Phase 3 and our recently updated Water Resources Management Plan. BOOK YOUR PLACE.

TRANSPORT
An interesting report about the shift in carbon emissions from vehicles, shows it’s no longer the case that those on lower incomes are necessarily driving the more carbon intensive internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. The rise in ICE SUVs have shifted that more towards the wealthy.
