At its meeting on 25th September Cabinet approved the Local Plan Options document for consultation. I’m pleased to let you know that the Local Plan Options consultation has now started and the dedicated website is: https://bathnesplaces.co.uk/localplan/
If residents wish to access it using search engines such as Google they should type in bathnesplaces and it will be the first link at the top of the page.
The consultation runs from 3rd October to 14th November. We are strongly encouraging residents and other stakeholders to submit their comments on-line via the dedicated website above. However, written/paper copy comments can also be submitted and respondents should clearly set out which site/policy option on which they are commenting and send them to Planning Policy, Lewis House, Manvers Street, Bath BA1 1JG. Comments should be submitted by 5 p.m. on 14th November. The council will carefully consider the issues raised in comments on the Options document (as well as comments submitted during the 2024 consultation) in preparing the Draft Local Plan.
