  1. To receive a report from the Planning Working Party and consider their recommendations regarding the following Planning Applications.

Application Reference: 23/00595/TCA; Parsons Hill , Rectory Lane, Compton Martin, BS40 6JP
Proposal: T1 (Tulip Tree)- Reducing height by 4m back to previous points, reducing sides by 2.5m and a crown raise of 2m. T2 (Ash Tree)- Pollarding at around 6 metres due presence of ADB. T3 (Ash Tree)- Fell due to presence of ADB. T4 (Yew Tree)- Crown reduction by 2m.
