As Via are the software producers and owners as well as the vehicle operators we are hoping this will bring real improvement to this area. They are really aware of the journey of trust-building ahead of them, given the poor previous performance of the service.
We are aware of some ongoing issues in the transition to new operators and have created a new Whatsapp Community to support bus users or those thinking about travelling who want a bit of connection and practical support from others.

Once you have joined the community you can then join the route specific groups for 99, X91, P1 and WESTlink.
We are also in close contact with B&NES and WECA to try to resolve some issues we are aware of but please do let us know if there is anything that you are aware.
