1.1. Chairman – To elect the Chairman of Compton Martin Parish Council. The Newly Elected Chairman to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office and take over the chairmanship of the meeting

1.2. Vice Chairman/Chairmen – To elect the Vice Chairman/Vice Chairmen of the Council. The Newly Elected Vice Chairman to sign the Declaration of Acceptance of Office

  1. To review the parish council’s ASSET REGISTER for 2024/25 and confirm that assets of Compton Martin Parish Council have been checked.
  2. To appoint an INTERNAL AUDITOR for 2024/2025
  3. To review the insurance quotes and agree INSURANCE policy and provider for 2024-2025
  4. Annual Return for 2023/2024 Financial Year

14.1. To approve Section 1 of the Annual Return – The Annual Governance Statement for 2023/2024 – The Chairman and Clerk to sign.

14.2. To approve Section 2 of the Annual Return – The Annual Accounting Statements for 2023/2024 – The Chairman and RFO to sign.

14.3. To confirm there is no Conflict of Interest between CMPC Councillors and External Auditors BDO LLP and sign the form.
